begins with a quick, but thorough assessment of the company’s status.
This is the most delicate and crucial stage since trust and competence
is established during this period. The assessment consists of interviewing
managers and staff in order to understand the company's and individuals’
goals, roles, relationships and processes.
Upon
completion of the assessment phase, Inside Solution will deliver an executive
report of the findings. The report includes identification of current
strategies and goals - evaluating their efficacy and feasibility - what
works, what doesn’t and why. Some of the issues examined include leadership,
communication and process patterns, management and employee relations,
and clear and coherent job descriptions. This phase can last from one
to three weeks depending on the size of the company and its issues.
The
assessment allows management to obtain clarity, quickly
determining the company's strengths and limitations.
