The services provided by IS consist of three phases: Assessment, Strategy, and Implementation.

 

Assessment

IS begins with a quick, but thorough assessment of the company’s status. This is the most delicate and crucial stage since trust and competence is established during this period. The assessment consists of interviewing managers and staff in order to understand the company's and individuals’ goals, roles, relationships and processes.

Upon completion of the assessment phase, Inside Solution will deliver an executive report of the findings. The report includes identification of current strategies and goals - evaluating their efficacy and feasibility - what works, what doesn’t and why. Some of the issues examined include leadership, communication and process patterns, management and employee relations, and clear and coherent job descriptions. This phase can last from one to three weeks depending on the size of the company and its issues.

The assessment allows management to obtain clarity, quickly determining the company's strengths and limitations.

 

Strategy

Once clarity is established, management can now begin to focus on developing strategies that address key concerns. During this phase, management needs to examine the company’s growth rate and changing patterns in order to create effective strategies to deal successfully with those variables. The new strategies must adapt and accommodate to the ongoing, changing demands experienced by the company.

Inside Solutions will work with management to expand current effective strategies, and create new strategies that contain ongoing checks and balances to insure the smoothness of transitional periods. Developing adaptive and innovative strategies and implementing them consistently are essential for a company’s long term success

This phase lasts one to two weeks

 

  Implementation

This last phase consists of implementing the new strategies, leading to abundance. IS works very closely with management and staff to put the strategies into effect. These strategies will result in role clarity, and new communication and process patterns implemented in such a way that helps everyone become aware of how to intercept old patterns and practice new ones.

Leadership is present, and the staff experiences themselves as part of a cohesive, interdependent team. Creativity and productivity naturally thrive in this type of environment.

Results: Financial success and great working environment.
